Insider TradingMore arrests in expert networking crackdown - Dec. 16, 2010: "In the latest phase of the government's ongoing crackdown oninsider trading, federal authorities said Thursday that they had made five arrests involving an 'expert networking' firm and big tech companies.
'Today's charges allege that a corrupt network of insiders at some of the world's leading technology companies served as so-called 'consultants' who sold out their employers by stealing and then peddling their valuable inside information,' U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara said in a statement.
Email Print CommentJames Fleishman, a sales manager at an expert networking firm, was arrested on charges of conspiring to have consultants provide inside information to hedge funds and other investors, according to the government.
The criminal complaint did not specify Fleishman's employer."
