The former contestant in Lord Sugar's hit show was 'fired' in week eight of this year's series, but was part of winner Stella English's team in Sunday night's final.
The mortgage broker, who was previously a sniper in the Royal Marines, will appear before magistrates in Plymouth charged with four counts of fraud by false representation.
He was originally arrested in August, shortly before the current series of the BBC 1 show - which finished on Sunday - aired.
