Businessman faces fraud charges - News - Pontefract Express: "Charles Edward Rimmer, 65, of Sheriffs Lench near Evesham, appeared before Worcester Magistrates to face eight counts of fraud by abuse of position of trust, nine counts of obtaining a money transfer by deception and 11 counts of fraud by false representation.
He also faced four counts of false accounting and four counts of theft.
Mr Rimmer owned and ran two boating businesses until January 2008 when both fell into administration. He was arrested on June 2 this year and questioned by detectives in relation to his business activities.
He was released on court bail until November 23 when he will again appear before Worcester Magistrates."
