Former co-host of a popular Canadian home-renovation television series faces numerous charges -- including fraud -- related to a construction project, and police think there may be more victims.

Barrington Anthony Sayers, also known as Anthony Sayers, is the former co-host of Me, My House and I. Police have charged him with two counts of criminal harassment, one count of attempted fraud and extortion after doing a renovation project on a woman’s home, located in the Summerhill and Yonge area, last month.
The show aired on the W Network in Canada.
Sayers is the owner and operator of a general contracting company called Anthony Sayers Custom Builder and Designer, police say.
“The accused is said to have provided substandard work and criminally harassed and extorted the woman,” police said in a news release.
Toronto Police Const. Tony Vella said the accused "sent two employees to do the work as well and simply saying they were doing eight hours of work a day, but in fact, they were only doing a couple of hours of work a day and billing her for the full eight hours."
Police also allege Sayers pressured the woman for payment, "to the point where [the victim] was afraid and she actually moved out for a period of time,"
